Since that note, I have tracked down Maynilad’s elusive prospectus.
This insight is largely a rehash of yesterday’s note, together with updated numbers applying prospectus figures. I thought this warranted a fresh insight as opposed to a boomerang.
Maynilad’s prospectus has strict access restrictions outside of the Philippines.
You cannot download the prospectus via Maynilad’s website, even with a VPN.
There was no mention of such restrictions in First Pacific Co (142 HK)‘s HKEx announcements.
In any event, I have opted not to attach a copy to this note.
